About me
I’ve been working in the field of mental health and wellbeing for over 25 years. My approach is an integration of person-centred, humanistic and compassion focused psychology. My aim is to offer people a safe space where they can work through whatever issues they want to work on, and their positive potential can more fully flourish.
I believe in therapy that honours individuality. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating life’s difficulties and anxieties, or you are looking for deep transformation and healing, our work together will be tuned to your life and your goals.
I have worked in quite a few different roles: young people’s outreach worker, senior counsellor, lecturer, mindfulness teacher, and music producer. I also have 30 years study of transpersonal psychology, personal experience with tinnitus and anxiety, and 55 years of being human. Hopefully this can help enrich our sessions with a broad perspective on the human experience.
