With a rich and varied career spanning corporate leadership, academia, and personal development, Anne brings wisdom, compassion, and grounded expertise to her work as a meditation teacher.

Anne originally trained in Food Science and Marketing Management, building a successful career in the UK and Europe with leading retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, and Tesco. She held senior leadership roles across commercial disciplines and was deeply involved in staff development, succession planning, and business-to-business relationships.

After many fulfilling — but demanding — years in industry, Anne sought a more grounded and health-conscious way of living that could support both her wellbeing and her family. This search led her to Transcendental Meditation, a practice she has continued for over three decades. It remains a central pillar of her life.

Anne later moved into higher education, lecturing in food supply chains and new product development at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She also designed curricula, supported student wellbeing as a Senior Tutor, and gained a Master’s in Teaching and Learning.

After early retirement from academia, Anne followed a long-held desire to formally train in meditation teaching, alongside Reiki levels 1 and 2. Her approach is practical, warm, and inclusive — welcoming people from all backgrounds who are looking to find greater calm, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.

Alongside her professional work, Anne has always been committed to service, having volunteered with Victim Support, adult literacy programs, and more recently, as a Trustee of the Vegetarian Society. She also holds a Diploma in Interior Design, reflecting her creative and holistic approach to life and learning.
