My work is about exploring what becomes possible when we feel more connected to our bodies, more accepting of our desires, and empowered with our boundaries.

At The Wellspring & Yew, I offer embodiment coaching, Sexological Bodywork, and queer-affirming bodywork for individuals and duos. Sessions can support you to:

Explore what connection, intimacy, and pleasure mean to you

Learn about your body and how to inhabit it unapologetically

Address dissatisfaction or issues you might be having sexually or in your relationship/s

Build confidence communicating desires and boundaries

Navigate transitions

Build your capacity for relating authentically

My approach is collaborative and consent-led. I offer a space where your full self is welcome, including the bits you might feel are messy, shameful, or too much. We will always work within clearly negotiated boundaries and at a pace that feels right for you.

Depending on what you’re seeking to work on, our sessions might involve discussion, consent practices, embodied awareness, movement, breath, touch, or other body-based practices.

My work is heavily influenced by my training in Sexological Bodywork, Embodied Facilitation, and the Wheel of Consent, as well as more than 20 years of embodied practices and a depth of experience working with sexuality, power dynamics, complex relationships, and the human capacity for transformation. I have a passion for teaching on the topic of Ethical Kink, and while I don’t offer kink explorations from this space, this experience means that I am well equipped to cover these topics in sessions.

My practice is particularly welcoming to those of you whose experiences or identities sit outside of society’s “norms” – whether you’re neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, questioning your sexuality and/or gender, and engaging in or interested in engaging in alternative relationship dynamics including kink and non-monogamy.
