I have a passion to support you on your journey to healing, to be accepted and to be heard. I aim to walk alongside you whilst together we gain a greater understanding of your feelings & emotions, exploring the barriers that may be restricting you from reaching your potential at this moment in your life. I have a comprehensive knowledge base & skill set of Person-Centred counselling, as well as experience working with other therapeutic modalities. My clients have been aged 16+ to 70+ from diverse cultural backgrounds, covering various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem & feelings of isolation.
I have a passion to support people with disabilities, visible & hidden. This is reflected in my attitude & commitment as a counsellor and psychotherapist to ensure your sessions are accessible & considerate of your individual needs. I offer in-person counselling sessions, within a beautiful location, providing a comfortable & safe space for you to be heard.
However, I know it is not always accessible and convenient for people to commit to in-person sessions, and as I am an advocate for people living with disabilities, I therefore also offer online therapy sessions on whatever platform is accessible for you, enabling people from across the UK to access therapy.
