About Me
I have over a decade of experience in psychotherapy, breathwork coaching, and deep healing practices. I’ve worked within a range of schools, colleges, alternative education settings, and youth engagement services, and I’ve been teaching in counselling and psychology programmes since 2019. My approach blends depth psychology, humanist counselling, mindfulness, nature-based wisdom, and embodied healing, helping clients move beyond surface-level coping strategies into deep transformation.
